Kaylee Clogging at the Meth Parade

Kaylee and the Mingus Mountain cloggers were able to dance in the Meth Parade. (I know, sounds weird!) We all had a great time.

Carter & Olivia feeling the beat!

Livy, Carter and myself get to be in the Parade, too. By the end of it, Carter and Livy were singing the song over and over again. They love it! They wave and sing to everybody on the parade route.

My cute clogger Kaylee!

The troop: Crystal, Christine, Luwana, Glenda, Rose, Kaylee & Joanna

Kaylee & Christine Wills love to clog!

Mike gets to drive his truck in every parade! He is so cute, he always washes it and makes it look good before every event:)

Whew! Finally done! Everyone hops in for a ride back to the fairgrounds.

Easter Sunday

Getting ready for church is always an experience, but especially on Easter Sunday. The girls got their cute dresses. This is the second year were they didn't want to match. Oh, my girls are getting big. We all get dress, rush out to take a few pictures, happy or not, and hop in the car and try not to be late.

Kaylee was perfect in pink.

This is Carter's first suit. Doesn't he look handsome!!!

Olivia was bubbly in blue.

Carter definitely has his mom's tongue:)

You would think we were out taking pictures for an hour. This is Gordon frustration setting in only after about 2 minutes.

The funny thing about this picture is that they are not trying to make grumpy faces. This is documentation that Gordon boys, after only 3 minutes of taking pictures, are DONE!

We had a wonderful easter weekend, but we could not forget about our accident last Easter Sunday. We are grateful that is behind us!! We have been blessed tremendously in the past year and see the Lord's hand in all things.

Easter Morning

Just like every other morning, Olivia was the first one awake. After she woke Mike and I up, she went to wake up Kaylee and Carter.

Carter would not wake up. When he finally did, he was mad and wanted us to cover him back up untill we told him the Easter Bunny left him som candy. As soon as he said that, Carter hopped right out of bed and ran out.

They scored!

Olivia was the first one up, as usual. She came in, and after wake Mike and I up, went and woke up Kaylee and Carter.

The Easter Bunny hid some eggs around the house. The kids loved looking and finding them. The Easter Egg hunt only last about 5 minutes. The kids weren't messing around!

Carter was amazed by all of the candy. He just wanted to eat and eat and eat.

Gordon Easter picnic

We had our annual Gordon Easter picnic out at Montezuma Well. It was a gorgeous day. We did what we Gordon's do best... Eat and played. We had a great time!

Naomi, Indio, Brian & Ohanna. Brian is Mike's Cousin. We were glad to see them there.

Rodney and Susie brought out blow up rocket balloons for the kids to play with.

Mitchey! You scored!

Ohh! How cute!

Dallin with some gigantic bubble blower. Just one of Grandma Gordon's goodies that she brings.

These kids love Grandma! Jaxon and Carter hung out all day. They loved the rocket launchers. Carter calls his his rocketship.

Laura and Phillip!

Grandpa Gordon was loving just kicken back, relaxing and watching the chaos take place around him.

Let the Easter Egg hunt begin! The mad Dash!

Carter- with his first score!

Man! Who is this Hottie?!

Andy, Andrea and Sarah.

Here is my cute boy! This is is first pair of shorts for the season. He was so excited to have Mike put them on. They are now a favorite of his.

Carter & Jaxon hung together, played together and, of course, ate together!

Even Mitchell got in on the Easter egg action!

Yikes! This is quite a gaggle of girls! Addison, Kaylee, McKell and Livy.

The Zoo

Yeah! The Zoo! We decided to end our Spring Break with a trip to the Phoenix Zoo. It was hot, but the kids were good and the whining was very limited. (Thank goodness). We saw lots of fun animals. The kids favorite was the baby orangatan. The most exciting thing that happened at the zoo was almost stepping on a 4ft long LIVE SNAKE!!! We were just walking down the path talking and I looked over to the girls and they were just inches away from stepping on a snake. We think it was a goffer snake. Atleast that is what the picture on the signed looked like in the snake exhibit. Strangly enough, no one could find the goffer snake in his habitat area. Coincidence? I think NOT!! Atleast we got to see him up close and personal! I wish I would have gotten a picture of it. Kaylee freaked out and screamed higher than I have ever heard.

The big turtle. Doesn't Livy look thrilled. :) She is the on that got the hottest.

Livy's hair is slicked back from pouring water on her to cool her off. It was a warm day, but really it is only March! But she loved the water.

Carter had alot of fun. We got him a stroller and he would hop out at each exhibit and then hop in again. The funniest/ saddest thing that happened to Carter was that he had never worn his undies when it was hot. We didn't put his cotton ones on, just a pull up, just in case. He was freaking out and wanted to change because he was sweaty. Poor kid.

Kaylee had a good time- except for the snake! She started dragging just before that happened, but that woke her right up!

Grandma Hatch

We had the oppurtunity to visit Grandma Hatch. She is my Mom's mom. She lives out in Apache Junction. The kids love going and seeing her. We wish we could go and visit her more. We had a good visit. Last time we came Olivia kept calling her Grandma Hatches because we always say, "Let's go to grandma Hatch's". That girl kills me. Grandma has about 5 acres with some fences. The kids had a great time picking grapefruit and running all around.

Helping grandma peel potatoes.

The kids love Grandma Hatch's Dogs. This is Penny.
